Cummins ISM Harmonic Balancer

Good, used steel harmonic balancer from an unknown year Cummins ISM engine. The harmonic balancer has been inspected and seems to be in good working condition. There is no visible damage seen on the harmonic balancer. There is no damage seen on the sides of the harmonic balancer. Bolt holes are clear and in good condition. There is very minor rust around the bolt holes. There is minor rust seen on the harmonic balancer. There are minor scratches seen on the harmonic balancer. The casting number is 3161942.
