HeavyTruckParts.Net FAQ

Why do some parts say "Please Call" instead of listing the price?

While HeavyTruckParts.Net believes displaying prices helps potential customers make informed decisions, some recyclers prefer to indicate only that a part is available. They may wish for customers to contact them directly to discuss all available options and associated costs.

How can I Find a Vendor Location on the Website?

Visit our vendors page if looking by name or visit the locations map.

Why does a recycler display a part that says "core" in the description?

Recyclers frequently keep engines or other defective parts in their inventory, specifically to sell to rebuilders who remanufacture these assemblies.

I am having trouble finding the part I need. Will anyone locate it for me?

Our part request page has a form that you can use to send the request to all our vendors who can assist you in your part search.

I am not seeing a location near me. Do your vendors ship items?

Most of our vendors are willing to ship items. The shipping times will vary based on the vendor’s shipping method and part destination. Contact the vendor directly for information. There are links to call the vendor directly or request info on each listing.
